Shipping Policy

Digital Delivery (Most Products)

Eco Digital Market sells digital products and access. There is no physical shipping. Most purchases are delivered instantly after payment via your dashboard under Downloads or Subscription.

• Delivery method: dashboard access, download links, or login details.
• Typical delivery time: instant to a few minutes after payment is confirmed.

Account Products (Prepared Access)

Some account-based products may require preparation before access details are available. If your dashboard shows “Account is in preparing…”, our team is working on it.

• Typical delivery time: within 5–60 minutes (can be longer during peak hours).
• Manual review: some payment methods or orders may require approval before delivery.

Order Confirmation

After payment, you can view your order status under Orders in your dashboard. If your order remains pending or under review, please wait for the status to update.

Delivery Issues

If you don’t see your product after payment success, try the steps below:

• Refresh your dashboard and check both Subscription and Downloads.
• Make sure you are logged in with the same email used for the purchase.
• If still missing, contact support with your Order ID.

International Customers

Digital delivery works globally. Availability of some platforms may vary by region due to third‑party provider restrictions.
