Eco Guard: 7 Days Protection

Every purchase is protected by Eco Guard for 7 days from the payment success date. If your product is not delivered, is incorrect, or does not work as described, we will help you fix it or issue a refund when eligible.

  • Window: 7 days from the order’s “Paid” date/time.
  • Resolution: replacement, access fix, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
  • Fast support: most issues are solved within 24–48 hours.

After 7 Days: Raise a Ticket

After the 7-day Eco Guard window, you can still get help by raising a support ticket. We’ll review the case and try our best to help. Refunds after 7 days are not guaranteed, but we may offer a replacement or partial compensation depending on the situation.

  • Provide order number, purchase email, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Include screenshots/video where relevant (login errors, missing files, broken links).

Non‑Refundable Cases

Because we sell digital goods, some situations are not eligible for refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery or after access details have been revealed.
  • Issues caused by the customer’s device, network, or third‑party restrictions (unless the product is misrepresented).
  • Violation of our usage rules (sharing credentials, abuse, fraud, or chargeback attempts).

How to Request a Refund

Please contact support and include your Order ID, your registered email, and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify the issue.
